Suffolk Open Studios Directory
Our annual printed directory contains details of all of our artists and galleries that open their studios over the weekends in June, during our Open Studio Event, together with the Associate members who do not open for the event in June but who are still part of Suffolk Open Studios.
The artists invite visitors to glimpse behind the scenes and see how their art is created. The annual directory is free and there is no obligation to buy anything when you visit the artists, but most of our members have items for sale if you are tempted to take some art home with you.
Artists are listed by region and the particular weekends that they are open are given, as well as a brief profile and directions to their studios. You can get more comprehensive directions by using the SOS App which can be downloaded from the Apple or Google store.
Studios are open from 11am to 5pm Saturdays and Sundays. (Not all artists are open every weekend, so be sure to check before you set out.)
You can pick up a copy of the printed directory from libraries, tourist offices, galleries, shops, cafes and pubs near you in Suffolk. These are distributed in early/mid April. 16,000 copies will be distributed this year.
