Biography/Details
Neighbouring Kate Reynolds and Rob Wickens, my studio is where I create ceramic art with the aim to bring a sense of life to the home along with a happy interest to those who view them. One day I'm making flocks of earthenware geese, another, large stoneware sharks displayed on solid ash bases. I also handbuild dishes featuring flying geese, and, living between the Orwell and Stour, Thames barges have begun to appear in my work. Something which I have enjoyed painting in quite a lot of detail.
