It is a brilliant opportunity for you to see artists and makers at work in their studios\, talk to them about what inspires them and to buy their art direct. There are 9 artists and 2 galleries participating this year. You can also visit the Mill Tye Gallery\, a 20 minute walk via the Gainsborough Trail\, from Sudbury town centre\, which specialises in screen and lino-cut prints. There’s also the opportunity to buy direct from the artists\, with a wide variety of 3D work\, prints\, paintings and artists’ cards on sale. \nWhile youre here make sure to take time to explore this historic market town. There are plenty of coffee shops and don’t miss visiting the National Centre for Gainsborough at Gainsborough’s House Museum with its historic house and fabulous new galleries and cafe.\nRelax in any of the welcoming coffee bars dotted all around the town or if you feel like a walk\, the Mill Tye Gallery is just a pleasant stroll away along the riverside path.

I don’t try to recreate the natural world in my art work\, instead I want to create an image that evokes the feeling of walking by the sea and watching the waves with the wind at your face.\nPlease call in to see the exhibition and maybe have a chat with me about the art.
