Biography/Details
Alison Clarke is a Suffolk based Watercolour artist whose work is inspired by landscape, coast, boats and the changing effect of light and weather.
Working both outdoors and in the studio, Alison enjoys the immediacy and unpredictability of watercolour, allowing washes colour and expressive marks to support atmosphere rather than describe the detail.
Alison regularly exhibits her work locally and has paintings in private collections.
