Biography/Details
Joe has a degree in Furniture and Product Design from Ravensbourne Design College and an MA in Furniture Design from Buckinghamshire University. He has a keen interest in society and the environment. He would describe his design process as 'symbolic functionality'.
Joe aims to design and make high quality beautiful timeless pieces of furniture and products with a focus on the environment. We create useful objects or furniture with a fun element or a narrative that adds more intrigue or emotional value to the ideas to ensure longevity.
Joe creates sculptures and pastel drawings inspired by travels with his family, the countryside and nature around him.
