Biography/Details
I studied art and design at Windsor college. Then went on to work in the advertising and design industries in London. In 2000 my husband and I moved to Suffolk. Having now raised two children and a career, I have recently been able to pick up the brushes again, now with the time to re discover part of my life that has never left me.
I use mainly oils. My still life paintings show objects I have collected that have resonance and meaning to me. The Suffolk landscape is also an important subject matter in my work, somewhere I am very in tune with as we walk our dogs most days though the landscape.
I am working on a series of paintings which will be on view in The Fish Hut during Open studios '24.
