Oleksandra Shevchenko is an award winning professional Fine Artist with a Master’s Degree from Ukraine.
In April 2022, the war in Ukraine meant that she moved to the UK, to the village of Lavenham.
This was a new beginning for her as an Artist. Soon after she moved to the UK, she won an Art Competition in June 2022 with the portrait of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II using Coffee as a medium.
Since 2013 Oleksandra has been painting commissioned ‘Coffee’ portraits of pets and Humans as well as ‘Oil on canvas’ in Ukraine, Egypt, the UAE, the UK.
To help progress her artistic career, the renowned Lavenham sculptress Kate Denton has provided her Studio space where she continues to paint and display her art. Selling her art enables her to help her family back home.
Her signature style, using textured paste, sand, acrylic, oil and gold leaf, creates inventive and expressive works of affordable statement art, perfect for your home interior.
