Exhibition Entry Form
All Full, Associate or Student SOS members are eligible to enter work, however, although Holton Lodge Barn Gallery is a large venue, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fit everyone’s work into the space available.
You may enter items for this exhibition from Monday 14th July 2025 until midnight on Sunday 10th August 2025. Entries received after the deadline will not be accepted.
NB The Exhibition Team reserves the right to close exhibition entries early if it becomes clear that it will be over-subscribed.

An entry fee of £12 is payable for each artist. One entry per artist. If you also wish to bring along browser pieces to the show, an additional £5 fee is payable.
Your single entry entitles you to submit up to three main items (a collection of small works counts as a single item) from which up to two items will be selected to be shown. Please send a photograph of each item submitted (or of a few example pieces for each Collection) to the main SOS email address. The images should be in JPG format and the filename should follow the pattern:
[ARTIST-NAME]_[TITLE]_[SIZE IN CM]_[PRICE].jpg e.g. jane-bloggs_southwold-seascape_500x500_£450.jpg
Please note, commission of 10% will be charged on ALL sales.
Once you have submitted this application form, payment must be made immediately to confirm your entry. You can do so via this link. If you also wish to bring browser items for sale add both the £12 entry fee and £5 browser fee to your basket before checkout.

IMPORTANT: It is a good idea to take a screenshot or written note of all information entered into this form, as you will need some of it to complete your Artist Sales Sheet which you will need to fill in and bring with you on Drop-off day (Monday 18th August 9.30am-3pm). Artist Sales Sheets will be emailed to all participating artists once entries close.
