Suffolk Open Studios is run by volunteers and we are always on the lookout for anyone else who would like to help out the committee with the large amount of work that needs to be done. In terms of specific jobs you can see who the current committee are here.
You can help out as much or as little as you like – any offer of help is gratefully received. The more people we have helping, the more successful Suffolk Open Studios is likely to be 🙂

In particular we are currently looking for:
Membership Secretary
We urgently need a membership secretary to answer emails and take notes at meetings. Also to liaise with other members of the committee to pass on information to members about hub, trails and other aspects of SOS.
Graphic Designer
We would love to have someone with graphic design skills who can help us design posters/flyers and other publicity material. At the moment we are all amateurs and know that someone with the right skills could produce some more inspired documents!
Area Leaders
Although we have already planned the delivery and distribution of the 2019 directories to the area leaders that we currently have on board, we could probably do with some more for 2020, so if you are happy to liaise with people in your area and get them to come to your house/studio to pick up directories then that would be great.
Exhibition Organisers
We would love to have some local exhibitions in different areas of Suffolk over the year so if you have an idea of a venue and are able to organise the exhibition for SOS members, then please get in touch.
