Biography/Details

I am a photographer with a particular interest in social documentary work and in printed work - photogravure, alternative processes as well as inkjet.

Recently awarded an MA in Photojournalism and Documentary Photography at London College of Communication, UAL, with Distinction grade.

Currently I am working on a commission from Heidelberg Materials to create a public engagement project as part of the Quarry Life Awards 2025, this work is due to complete in October.

I have a particular interest in portraits and working with groups and organisations.   I have worked  extensively with the circus, burlesque and cabaret communities in London through which I depicted not just what happens on stage but the families and communities that support it.   London Burlesque: The Family Album was published in 2022 by Circa Press.

In 2017 I was  was commissioned to work with on a project on 'rights to the city' in Salvador and London as project with UCL London, this book was published by UCL Press in 2020.
