Each SOS member (Full, Associate or Student) can enter up to two main items (or if the artwork is larger than the maximum size criteria specified in the Conditions of Entry, one main item).
- A collection of jewellery counts as one item. Maximum footprint per collection 80cm square. Maximum number of items per collection 60.
- A collection of 3D artwork (ceramics, glass etc.) counts as one item. Maximum footprint per collection 80cm square. Maximum number of items per collection 60.
Please note: “Collection” on the form below refers to a collection of 3D work as described above.
For the Clare exhibition, eligible artists on the western side of the county will be given priority entry between 1st July and 7th July (midnight).
From 8th July until 28th July (midnight) all eligible SOS artists county-wide are invited to apply.

An entry fee of £10 is payable for each main artwork submitted. Commission of 10% will be charged on all sales.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to display one of your items due to space constraints that only become apparent during the hang on 9th August, you will receive a refund of the entry fee for that item.
