A solo exhibition of abstract paintings and mixed media art by Ruth Lyne at The Craft House in Woodbridge, part of Suffolk Open Studios.
Weekdays – 9.30am to 4pm
Saturday and Sunday – 9.30 to 5pm
Saturday and Sunday – 9.30 to 5pm
The exhibition will feature a new collection of artwork inspired by the river Deben both in Woodbridge and where it meets the North Sea at Felixstowe Ferry.
There will also be a selection of paintings inspired by the colours and textures of the coast. I don’t try to recreate the natural world in my art work, instead I want to create an image that evokes the feeling of walking by the sea and watching the waves with the wind at your face.
