Sculptor/painter, my work mostly uses recycled materials - stone from old churches and found detritus from local beaches.

My hand-built ceramics generally reflect a long-term interest in the natural world.

I work with native, locally sourced hardwoods creating indoor and outdoor seating and turned sculptural forms. Also an eclectic mix of wind toys and sculpture around the garden.

‘Draw bamboos for ten years, become a bamboo then forget about bamboos when you are drawing’, my Zen mantra.

All of my pieces are hand built using numerous techniques - underglaze, sgraffito, hand piercing, glazing.

I work with a variety of materials and processes to tell stories of people and places.
